Caverion Germany strengthens its capabilities in automation systems through an acquisition

Caverion Germany has acquired S&A Schaltanlagenbau GmbH (“S&A”), a company focused on industrial and building automation in northwestern Germany. The company has an estimated annual revenue of EUR 6.2 million and 45 employees. 

With over 30 years’ experience, S&A is a well‑established specialist in industrial and building automation, delivering services and solutions spanning from consulting and design to implementation, manufacturing, and lifecycle support. 

The company’s expertise covers industrial and building automation, switchgear production, hardware and software development, and industrial infrared heating technology. With technical depth and custom production capabilities, S&A serves diverse industries and supports projects of all sizes.

Closing of the transaction is estimated to take place at the end of March 2026.
