Caverion and Danfoss strengthen their partnership with a performance-based technical facility management agreement in Denmark

Caverion has entered into a five-year performance-based technical facility management (TFM) agreement with Danfoss in Denmark, which includes Campus Nordborg and Campus Gråsten. The agreement marks a further expansion of a long-standing collaboration between the two companies.

The agreement includes technical building operations, statutory and preventive maintenance and repair services, as well as remote and advisory services. The delivery combines local on-site staff with digital services and focuses on high operational reliability, transparency, and continuous optimisation.

“We are proud to count with the continued trust from Danfoss. The agreement builds on strong collaboration and enables improving operations through a more data-driven and performance-oriented approach" says Michael Kirkegaard, Director of Managed Services, Caverion Denmark.

A central part of the agreement is Caverion's digital customer platform, Caverion SmartView, which collects property data in real time and provides full insight into building operations. Combined with remote services, operational deviations are handled quickly, while data-based advice contributes to long-term decisions about energy optimisation, sustainability, and lifespan extension.

“Access to data and shared insight into the operation of technical facilities supports our ambition for more proactive and performance-based building operations. Transparency and insight are crucial for the continued development of energy- and cost-optimised operations", says Frederik Skov, Technical Manager, Danfoss.

Caverion and Danfoss have been collaborating in Denmark since 2010, when the first outsourcing initiatives were established. Since then, the collaboration has been continuously developed and modernised, including at Campus Silkeborg and Campus Kolding. The new agreement thus represents a natural extension of the modernization of the commercial framework that has already been implemented at the other locations.
